                Our distinctive presentation combines London Broil, garnished with a glazed mushroom sauce, and sauteed Boneless Breast of    Chicken over a bed of penne pasta with lemon basil sauce.

ROAST LOIN OF PORK
                Served with bread dumplings and sauerkraut.

CHICKEN BREAST MARSALA (A House Specialty)
                Tender boneless Breast of Chicken sauteed in a delicate blend of butter, Marsala wine, mushrooms, and fresh herbs, served over wild rice blend.

                Sauteed Breast of Chicken and grilled Filet Mignon Tips.

PLATINUM  UPGRADE  PACKAGE  BAR
For 4 hours
 

Stoli, Tanquery, Ketel One, 1800 Resposado, Adsolute, Martel, Dewars, Jack Daniels, Hennessey, Baileys.
All of the above listed wines & beers are included in this package PLUS:  Heineken and Corona.

 

DOMESTIC  BEER,  WINE  &  SODA BAR
For 4 hours

Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Merlot.
Bottled beers to include:   Bud, Bud Lite, Miller Lite, MGD, Old Style and O'Douls.
 

Minors ages 5 to 20 will be charged $7 per person for all packages.

 

TAB  BAR

A tab bar permits each guest to order a drink of his or her choice. The drink is served and the cost is recorded on a cash register.
However, no money is accepted from the guest. At the end of the evening the total cost of drinks served, as determined by the cash register tape, is then paid by the host.

 

CASH  BAR

Persons attending a function which provides a cash bar may order and pay for the beverage of their choice.

 

WINE  AND  CHAMPAGNE

Table service of wine or champagne by the bottle or carafe is available upon request.

 

NOTE

Banquets with a tab or cash bar will be charged a $40 bartender fee.

 

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO GRATUITY AND CURRENT SALES TAX.

The Prices to extend any package bar for 1/2 hour is $3.00 per person.

         RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT

To assist you in selecting the right banquet location, the Willowbrook will hold an available date in your name for seven days. However, to receive a guaranteed reservation for the date you have selected, we ask that you place a deposit of 25% of the projected cost of the banquet.

A second of 50% of the projected banquet cost is required 60 days prior to the banquet date.
(First and secound deposits should equal  75% of projected cost)

Unless other arrangements have been made, the balance of the banquet cost will be due and payable, by cashier's check or cash 7 days prior to your function.
Credit cards or personal checks are not accepted for final payment.

If initial deposit is less that 60 days from date of function -  amount of deposit must equal 75% of the estimated cost of the banquet. No refund of deposits to parties booked less than 60 days prior to date.

No refund of any deposit money should you cancel 90 days or less before date of event.

If you cancel your reservation more that 90 days before the event date, Willowbrook Ballroom will keep a 25% cancellation fee. The balance of your deposit money will be held by Willowbrook for up to one year from cancellation date. You will have the option to apply this money toward another event within that year. There is absolutely no refund of any unused portion.

If number of guests falls below the minimum guarantee Willowbrook reserves the right to change room assignments.
