BEVERAGE SERVICE
TAB BAR
A tab bar permits each guest to
order a drink of his or her choice. The drink is served and the cost
is recorded on a cash register.
However, no money is accepted from the guest. At the end of the
evening the total cost of drinks served, as determined by the cash
register tape, is then paid by the host.
CASH BAR
Persons attending a function which provides a cash bar may order and pay for the beverage of their choice.
WINE AND CHAMPAGNE
Table service of wine or champagne by the bottle or carafe is available upon request.
NOTE
Banquets with a tab or cash bar
will be charged a $40 bartender fee.
3 hours Package Bars are avalible upon request.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
To assist you in selecting the right banquet location, the Willowbrook will hold an available date in your name for seven days. However, to receive a guaranteed reservation for the date you have selected, we ask that you place a deposit of 25% of the projected cost of the banquet..
A second of 50% of the projected banquet cost is required 60 days prior to the banquet date.
Unless other arrangements have been made, the
balance of the banquet cost will be due and payable, by cashier's
check or cash 7 days prior to your function.
Credit cards or personal checks are not accepted for final payment.
If initial deposit is less that 60days from date of function - required amount is 75% of the projected cost.
If you should decide, for any reason, to cancel your reservations, within fifteen days of the date of your initial deposit, all deposit monies held by Willowbrook shall be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee.
If
you cancel your reservation more that fifteen days after the date of
your initial deposit, there will be NO REFUND of deposit money.
Willowbrook will hold all deposit monies placed by you, for up to
one year, from cancellation date, to be used toward another banquet.
After one year has lapsed - all deposit money becomes the
possession of Willowbrook Ballroom.
Option to use deposit toward another banquet is void if party is
cancelled 90 days or5 less prior to date.
No refunds to parties booked less that 60 days prior to date.
If number of Guests falls below the minimum guarantee Willowbrook
reserves the right to change room assignments.

Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday by appointment only.
